Number 31 seed Roanoke Rapids volleyball team traveled to face number 2 seed South Granville Saturday night.

The Roanoke Rapids Lady Jackets lost to South Granville in the 1st round of the 2A NCHSAA State Volleyball Play-offs match in three sets. (15-25, 6-25, 15-25)

Number 22 seed Southeast Halifax volleyball team traveled to face number 11 seed Pamlico County also Saturday in the 1A NCHSAA State Volleyball Play-offs.

Southeast fell in three sets (8-25, 3-25, 1-26) to lose the match.
