GCP tops Weldon 38-8 in Youth Football Action Tuesday night. 

GCP offensive and defense found its stride Tuesday night with the defense only giving up 2 points and the offense scoring on all but one of it's possessions.

Amontae Parker racked up 132 yards and one touchdown on the ground running behind a solid blocking effort from Micah Cooper and Jake Davis for GCP. TreQuail Hardie compliments Parkers efforts with 72 yards, three touchdowns, and a 2 point conversion. Jaheim Arrington hauled in another Chicale Ward touchdown pass covering 55 yards on the reception to get into the scoring column. Rasheed Keene added a two 2 point conversions and Jayden Whidbee and Chicale Ward had one 2 point conversion.

The GCP defense attacked the Chargers all night long allowing only 1 first down with Amontae Parker and Chicale Ward controlling the outside and Justin Williams and Jamieon Garner stopping up the middle.

Weldon got on the score board by intercepting a GCP pass and returning it 60 yards to paydirt.

GCP (4-2) will host Davie (5-1) next Tuesday for the regular season finale. Game time is 6:30 PM.
