Northwest Halifax traveled to Granville Central Friday night

The Northwest varsity girls beat Granville Central 48-39.

Leading scorers for Northwest were: Lanayiha Ashe with 28 points, Asya Gunter with 8 points, Keona Nicholson with 7 points, Nhea Robertson with 3 points and Shakeyla Johnson with 2 points.

The Northwest  varsity boys lost to Granville Central 62-80.

Leading scorers for Northwest were: Zion Jackson with 24 points, Arthur Harris 12, Isiash Bryant with 11 points, Cavone Fields with 4 points, Jayvon Lassiter with 3 points, Dearius Mills with 2 points and Quamaine Britt with 3 points.
