Weldon basketball teams traveled to Southeast Halifax Tuesday night

Southeast varsity girls who fell to Northwest Halifax last week in overtime stepped their game up and beat Weldon 41-35.

Leading scorers for Weldon were:  Tahlia Boone with 23 points, Tanija Wills & Lanesha Northington with 4 points each. 

Weldon varsity boys earned the win beating Southeast Halifax 67-45.

Leading scorers for Weldon were:  Malik Peebles with 22 points and Kevin Arrington with 9 points.
