Northwest Halifax hit the road Tuesday night to Louisburg

In JV boys action, Northwest won 59-57.

Leading scorers for Northwest were:  Gregory Robertson and Joshua Hawkins with 19 points each, Daze Mills with 9 points, Joseph Richardson with 5 points and D'neiger Coleman with 5 points as well, and Ronnie Mills with 2 points.

In varsity girls action, Louisburg beat Northwest 53-47.

Leading scorers for Northwest were:  Lanayjha Ashe with 27 points, Keona Nicholson with 9 points, Nhea Robertson with 6 points, Asya Guner with 2 points and Kentra Harvey with 1 point.

In varsity boys also fell to Louisburg 70-59.

Leading scorers for Northwest were:  Ziom Jackson with 10 points, Dearius Mills with 10 points, Nate Lynch, Isiah Bryant and Arthur Harris with all 6 points each, Jahvon Lassiter with 5 points, while Donavan Silver, Cavone Fields and Quamaine Britt all with 2 points each.
