County Academy's hit the court

Halifax Academy JV girls earned their second win of the season beating Hobgood Academy 30-19.

Leading scorers for Halifax were:  Emerson Poole with 12 points, Maddie Suiter with 6 points while Sydney Smith and Ashton Garner had 5 points each.

Leading scorers for Hobgood were Stephanie Moore with 10 points, Caitlyn Johnson with 7 points and Meg Hanff with 2 points.

Halifax Academy varsity girls beat Hobgood 55-37.

Leading scorers for Halifax were:  Kelly Williams with 26 points, Candice Smith with 11 points and  Kim Shearin with 6 points.

Halifax Academy varsity boys earned their first win of the season beating Hobgood 58-44.

Leading scorers for Halifax were:  Garrett Morris with 28 points, Jackson Harris with 16 points and Jacob Smith with 8 points.
