Larry Wilson benefit softball tournament

Friends of Brandy Wilson decided the first of November to put on a benefit softball tournament on November 22nd for Wilson's ill father Larry Wilson to help with expenses. Wilson who was suffering from cancer and had no insurance, passed away November 8th before the 22nd event.

The Softball benefit tournament event is still set to happen this Saturday in Gaston at the Dwight Hall Sports Complex. Concession stand will be open filled with Mike Clark cooked BBQ for sandwiches, Danny Yandle is cooking a stew for sell at lunch time, hot-dogs, drinks along with plenty of baked goods. They about 40 items have been donated to raffle off all day long. You do not have to be present to win.
