2014 varsity Superbowl CHAMPIONS
The Roanoke Rapids Yellow Jackets defeated the Davie 
Vikings 12-0 in Sunday afternoons Halifax/Northampton
Youth Football League Superbowl championship.

Finishing the season with a record of 8-3 and 4th place
in the regular season, the Jackets went on a dominating
playoff run outscoring their opponents 50-6. "I am very
proud of these young men and the effort they put forth
to finish this season," said head coach Troy McNair.

The Jackets offense was lead by Curtis Hunter and
Bennett Liverman with a touchdown each.

The swarming Jacket defense pitched their second shutout
of the playoffs.
