Cieslinski get the call.

KIPP Gaston College Preparatory's Pride High School leader 
Kevika Amar confirmed via email to RRSPIN.com that GCP 
Athletic Director David Cieslinski has been named KIPP High's 
Athletic Director and  Interim Head Football Coach.

Cieslinski is filling the positions left by the sudden death of 
Coach Diego Hasty last month.

Cieslinski who has been involved in coaching in the Roanoke 
Valley for many years. He will keep his position as Athletic 
Director at GCP as well as the new positions.

When asked about his feelings on being named KIPP High's 
AD and interim head football coach, Cieslinski stated, "I am 
honored and excited to be the interim football coach for our 
2014 season and I am also thankful for the bigger challenge 
of being Athletic Director at KIPP:GCP. I plan to work hard to 
keep the program going in the direction that Coach Hasty 
envisioned. Summer workouts/camps were great, we have 
awesome kids and we are eager to play" ROLL PRIDE!!!
