The Roanoke Rapids Under 15 baseball All-stars started the Babe Ruth Southeastern

Regional tournament with a 2-0 record.

The Jackets beat Tallahasse FL 3-2 in 11 innings.

At the plate for the Jackets Cameron Rogerson went 3 for 5, Colby Warren went 1-5,

Hunter Connell went 1 for 4

On the mound for the jackets Colby Warren pitched 3 innings allowing 2 hits, 2 runs,

4 walks and 4 strike-outs, Josh Elias pitched 5 innings allowing 4 hits, no runs, 2 walks

and 4 strike-outs and Cameron Rogerson pitched 3 innings allowing 3 hits, no runs,

2 walks and 3 strike-outs.

In game two, Roanoke Rapids beat Union County NC 5-3

At the plate for the Jackets Cameron Rogerson went 2 for 4 with 1 RBI, Colby Warren

went 1 for 2 while both Brandon Moody and Frankie Griffin went 1 for 2 with 3 RBI's

and Hunter Connell went 1 for 1.

On the mound for the Jackets Jordan Collins 3 1/3 innings allowing no hits, no runs,

3 walks, Colby Warren pitched 2 innings allowing 2 hits, no runs, no walks and 4

strike-outs and Cameron Rogerson pitched 1 2/3 innings allowing 2 hits, 3 runs,

2 walks and 2 strike-outs.

The Jackets face Mt. Pleasant SC at 1 PM and Varina VA at 7 PM. Both games will
