Roanoke Rapids U9 finish 1-2 at State Tourney.

The U9 Roanoke Rapids Youth Baseball Association All-stars spent the weekend in the Cal Ripken North Carolina Eastern Division State Tournaments.

The U9's played in Snow hill and had to make it past the three Pool play games to make the bracket games. The U9's started with a win 11-1 against Winter but would fall 11-10 in 8 innings to New Bern and also fell 11-1 to West Raleigh , This ending the Roanoke Rapids U9 season.
