Halifax Academy Varsity girls one game away from 1A State Championship

#3 seed Halifax Academy (22-2) beats #2 seed Grace Christian (24-3) close game Friday night at Forsyth Country Day School 60-56.

Leading scorers for Halifax were Kelly Williams with 26 points, Hayley Wood with 15 points and Anna Glover with 8 points.

Halifax will face #1 seed Northwood Temple Academy (19-2) Saturday at 2 PM at Forsyth Country Day for the 1A NCISAA State Championship.
