RV Powers U10 softball hits the field in Micro

RV Powers U10 travel girls softball team headed to Micro to play in the "NCUSSSA Queen of Diamonds" tornament.

The first two games were Pool play before the bracket games were to start.

1st pool game RV Powers lost 6 to 5 Lily Curtis started on the mound then Ashton Garner pitched the remainder of the game.  Hits in game 1 were Ashton Garner 2 singles, Emerson Poole, Taylor Floyd and Gracie Mason each got singles, Lizzy Colston got a double.

Emerson Poole hits two homeruns Saturday

2nd pool game RV Powers won 16 to 0 Lizzy Colston pitched complete game. Hits in game 2 were Karlee Hammack got single, Ashton Garner 2 singles and dbl, Emerson Poole single and homerun, Ashlynn Liles had a double and a single, Taylor Floyd 2 singles, Lizzy Colston got a single, Berkley Gatner got single and double, Lily Curtis got a single.

 First time on the mound for Ashton Garner.

1 st tournament bracket game beat Diamond Divas 15 to 7. Ashton Garner on the mound for complet game. Hits were Karlee Hammack 2 singles, Ashton Garner 2 singles and  1 double, Emerson Poole 2 singles and homerun, 2 singles and a dbl, Cassidy Dickens got a single.

2nd tournament bracket game played in rain and lost.

 Parents Andy and Karen Liles as does the other parents cheered on the RV Powers team.

RV Powers return to action Sunday.
