Big win for Creekside Animal Hospital

Creekside Animal Hospital got off to a slow start scoring only one run in the first inning of the game.  The defense gave up three runs in the bottom of the first.  The offense stayed in the game scoring two more runs in the second to tie the game 3-3.  The offense held Lisa Christenbury Heating & Cooling to 0 runs in the bottom of the second to maintain the tie.  The offense came on strong in the top of the third with back to back hits from Landen Wollett and T.J. High leading the team to score four runs for the lead 7-3.  The defense gave up four more runs tying the game again 7-7 in the bottom of the third.  Landen Wollett got another hit in the fourth (last inning) for an RBI breaking the tie.  They stole two more runs to take the lead 10-7.  The defense allowed two stolen runs in the bottom of the fourth, but put out two runners trying to steal at home plate.  They closed the inning with a strikeout and win 10-9.

 

Lisa Christenbury Heating & Cooling's defense held Creekside Animal Hospital to one run in the first inning.  Chase Nelson stole his way home to put his team on the scoreboard. They finished the first with two more runs to put them in the lead 3-1.  Grayson Hargrave pitched through the second allowing Creekside Animal Hospital to score two more runs but shut them down with three strikeouts for a tie score of 3-3.  The defense allowed four runs in the top of the third but the offense came back and scored four runs to maintain the tie at 7-7.  Lisa Christenbury Heating & Cooling gave up three more runs in the top of the fourth (last inning) giving Creekside Animal Hospital the lead 10-7.  Zach Lamm hit a triple to lead off in the bottom of the fourth but the team came up short with only two more runs.  It was a scrapping game til the end with Creekside Animal Hospital coming out on top 10-9.
