Chaloner Middle and Hobgood JV softball had split in the first two meetings

Tuesday afternoon in Hobgood was Chaloners day to play ball. Chaloner beat Hobgood 15-3 improving their record to 9-3 with only two games left in the season. Seventh grader Kimmy Ethridge pithed the first five innings striking out 4 batters and Breanna Allen pitched two innings for the save with five of the six batters striking out.

At the plate Dakota Etheridge was 2-3 with 2 RBI's, Breanna Allen was 3-5 with 3 RBI's with two of those hits as doubles and Haley Farrow was 4-4 with 2 RBI's.
