Notice is hereby given that the Roanoke Rapids City Council will hold a Special Meeting on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 5:15 p.m. at the Lloyd Andrews City Meeting Hall, 700 Jackson Street, Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina.

The purpose of the meeting is for the City Manager and City Attorney to inform City Council on the current status of the negotiations for the sale and financing of the real estate known as the Roanoke Rapids Theatre. City Council will be asked to approve the sale and financing conditions offered by Thomas Mclean and Evon Mclean.
