The city of Roanoke Rapids will operate on a two-hour delay Tuesday due to the threat of black ice.
The Roanoke Rapids Public Library will have new hours starting Monday.
Roanoke Rapids City Council meets the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the Lloyd Andrews City Meeting Hall. The first Tuesday is a work session and the third Tuesday is a regular council meeting.
