The City of Roanoke Rapids will follow suit with Halifax County's State of Emergency, City Manager Kelly Traynham said.
The Roanoke Rapids Regular City Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Lloyd Andrews City Meeting Hall, 700 Jackson Street, Roanoke Rapids.
