The business, 2.75 Cleaners is a chain located throughout North Carolina. There will be no dry cleaning on site, instead clothing will be shipped to Rocky Mount where they will be cleaned and returned the next day.
The business, according to Roanoke Rapids Planning and Development Director Kelly Lasky, will be located at the far end of the shopping center near Food Lion.
She said the business is expected to open soon.
Meanwhile, Petsense, which will be located in the old Blockbuster building, is eyeing an April opening.
The company currently operates in 21 states.
In other business location news, Lasky confirmed that Verizon will move to the former CiCi's Pizza store on Premier Boulevard.
