Second drive-by suspect arrested; bail set at $2 million

The second man wanted in a Saturday drive-by shooting was arrested Monday at his residence in Enfield.

Tony Hill Jr., 21, was jailed on $2 million bond and has an October 4 court date, Enfield police Chief Tyree Davis said in a statement.

Enfield police officers arrested Hill around 4 p.m. at his Hannon Street residence without trouble.

He faces two counts of attempted murder, possession of firearm by felon, felony conspiracy, and felony discharging a firearm as part of criminal street gang activity.

Hill was also one of several people charged in a 2015 murder in Enfield.

Ton’Nazzi Armstrong, 19, surrendered to Enfield police Sunday.

The two men were wanted in a drive-by shooting on Weeks Street in Enfield around 7:30 p.m. Saturday. Two victims were shot and continue to recover.
