Lieutenant C.L. Vaught said in a statement Barbara Hernandez, who is believed to frequent the South Rosemary area, was last seen in the 1700 block of Roanoke Avenue March 10.
At the time she was reported to be wearing a pink shirt, black pants and had a do-rag on her head.
