At approximately 9 p.m., Master Officer Mark Peck and Officer Jonathan Benthall responded to a property damage call at Halifax Regional Medical Center.
After speaking with hospital security staff and reviewing video, Peck arrested and charged Anselm Contreras Perez, 16, of Roanoke Rapids, with damage to property.
Perez was given a $1,000 bond and an August 21 court date.
At approximately midnight,Master Officer Gerald Morris and Officer Joey Spragins responded to a call about people walking in the roadway and refusing to move for traffic.
After the officers spoke with the reporting person an they conducted an investigative traffic stop.
Morris noticed the odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle.
The driver, Brittany Anne Baggett, 18, of Roanoke Rapids, was arrested for driving while impaired and driving after consuming.
Baggett was released to a responsible person until her court date on September 9.
At approximately 2 a.m., Spragins and Officer Jeffrey Mason conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation on West Tenth Street.
During the stop Spragins noticed an odor alcohol on the driver, Donnie Mitchell Harris, 42, of Littleton.
Spragins arrested and charged Harris with driving while impaired and during a search located two Oxycontin pills in his possession.
Spragins also received a report the tag on the vehicle was stolen.
Harris was charged with larceny, possession of stolen goods and possession of prescription medicine outside the container.
Harris received a $1,000 bond and a September 19 court date.
