Durham took the lead and were leading 1-0 at half-time. Durham started the second half out with another goal, now up 2-0. With thirty-one minutes remaining Harley Shearin scored a goal, now Durham up 2-1.Then with twenty-six minutes remaining Chloe Wilson scored a goal tie the game and sending it to over-time.
In the first segment ten minute over time with two minutes left Chloe Wilson scored moving Roanoke Rapids up 3-2. In the second segment ten minute over-time Kayla Miller scored a goal with seven minute remaining.
Roanoke Rapids earned the win and improved their overall record to 7-3 and host NC School of Science and Math Friday April 25th at 6 PM.
