Pair face pot counts following Delta Dr. raid

A couple described by the City County Drug Task Force as alleged street-level dealers of marijuana were arrested this evening in a raid on Delta Drive in the area of the old airport.

Tony Aydlett, 31, and Jessica Fuller, 29, both of Roanoke Rapids, face charges of possession with the intent to sell and deliver marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia and maintaining a dwelling for a controlled substance.
They each received $5,000 bonds and September 28 court dates.
Captain A.M. Harris of the task force said in a statement himself and agents D.R. Radford and D.W. McKeel executed a search warrant around 5 p.m. The search warrant was based on citizen complaints and agent investigation.
During the search of the residence agents located approximately 39 grams of marijuana and several items of drug paraphernalia which included a bong, marijuana smoking pipe, plastic baggies and a digital scale.
