CEO Thomas Wrenn said Etheridge brings over 15 years of proven professional experience managing complex financial systems. She has an extensive accounting, budgeting, and audit background.

Etheridge has served in various local government finance, accounting, and management positions throughout her career. She previously served as the finance director for the city of Roanoke Rapids for over six years and most recently served as the town manager for the town of Ahoskie.

Etheridge earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix.
