Somewhere between Chick-fil-A, you didn’t build this, old school McCarthyism fears and tax returns are real issues.
It’s too bad no one told that to the probable Democratic and Republican nominees.
If you asked me now what candidate rrspin.com would endorse, I would have to say none of the above.
As usual in this time leading up to the conventions, there’s little talk about meat and potatoes, just the color and style of plates you’re going to serve the meal on.
The best I can gather from both parties is they really don’t like each other. Republicans don’t like Obama because he’s Obama and Democrats don’t like Romney because he’s Romney.
Fervent Republicans would put a rattlesnake on the ballot thinking that would stem the red tide of communism that was supposed to overtake the country when Obama was elected the first time. Fervent Democrats would nominate that same rattlesnake if they didn’t already have someone in office.

It’s a simple little quiz which can be found at this website and it deals with issues and not mudslinging.
It breaks the issues down to simple categories — social, environmental, economic, domestic policy, healthcare, immigration and foreign policy. Yes, it actually talks about issues and not conspiracy theories about Freemasonry and the founding fathers, which I’m not sure why that’s even an issue.
After you answer all the questions it sums up which candidate has views that match yours.
Share your results if you decide to take it. Taking this quiz is a good break from looking at inspirational photos of kittens that butcher the English language on the Internet.
After I took it my results were much as I suspected: I agreed with Libertarian Gary Johnson on 98 percent of the issues; Ron Paul 90 percent; Romney 61 percent and Obama 53 percent.
Should this quiz be used to define your political persona? Of course not, but it’s a lot better than having mudslinging, misquotes and misinformation decide for you — Lance Martin
