Shirley Marie Glosson Hubbard, 86, of Littleton, NC, died Wednesday, August 14, 2019, at Signature HealthCare of Roanoke Rapids.

Mrs. Hubbard, was born in Burlington, NC, the daughter of the Late Thomas Luther Glosson and Mary Bet Crutchfield Glosson. She was a graduate of Roanoke Rapids High School and a homemaker.

She is survived by: her husband, Edelyn Lee Hubbard; two daughters, Debra Marie Shevock,  Mary Helen Burch and her husband James “Beaver” Burch all of The Villages, FL; a son Phillip Lee Hubbard and his wife Beth of Virginia Beach, VA; a sister Vickye Somers of Elon, NC, a brother Daniel Wade Glosson and his wife Nancy, of Virginia Beach, VA; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, August 24, 2019, at 11:30 AM, at Rosemary United Methodist Church, in the Social Hall, 900 Jackson Street, Roanoke Rapids, NC27870, A luncheon to follow.
