Stanley Leon Clements, 83, passed away on March 8, 2026, in Richmond, Virginia.
He was born to the late Charlie and Allese Clements in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina, on Christmas Eve, 1942.
A logger by trade, Stanley was an important asset of his family’s company, Clements Brothers Logging. Some of his favorite pastimes were playing cards, and drinking Bowman’s Light Vodka and Sprite Zero. Stanley enjoyed cutting up and just being himself and was a mess when aggravating others for fun.

In addition to his parents, Stanley was also preceded in death by his son, Garmon, and brother, Dean. He leaves to cherish his memory his son, Keith Clements; stepdaughter, Gale McCann; sister, Janice Matthews; nephews, Stacy Clements, Joshua Matthews, and Travis Matthews; niece, Lori Beth Hargrave, and many other extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.
