Rev. Doctor Irvin Francis Kyle, III, 53, of Halifax, North Carolina, passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.

He was born on May 18, 1971 and was preceded in death by his father, Irvin Francis Kyle, Jr.

Rev. Kyle served his Lord and Savior as a minister for over 30 years and was the active Minister of Weldon Baptist Church. He had doctoral degrees in History and Theology. He had a love of traveling all over the world and learned the history of the places he traveled. He was also the founder of Uncommon Christian Ministries, which has served churches in the USA, Canada, Israel and was a member of Weldon in Action.

Rev. Kyle is survived by his mother, Joan Kyle of Simsbury, CT; his sisters, Ursula Steadman and her husband, Donald of New Hartford, CT, Antonia “Nia” Kyle of San Francisco, California, Christiana Dabroi and her husband, Paul of Fulshear, TX, Theodora “Teddy” Kyle-Singer of San Mateo, CA; his brother, Bernard Kyle of Brooklyn, NY; nieces and nephews, Cassandra Singer, Gabriel Singer, Karen Dabroi, Tony Dabroi and Kyle Steadman.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Weldon Baptist Church with Rev. John Hamm officiating.

Burial will follow at Cedarwood Cemetery in Weldon, NC.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Weldon in Action, PO Box 144, Weldon, NC, 27890 or the Weldon Baptist Church.
