Kenneth Earl Lambert, 68, of Roanoke Rapids, NC, passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2019.

He was born in Halifax County to the late Wilson and Viola Clary Lambert.

Kenneth attended Roanoke Rapids High School and worked for JP Stevens. He retired from Georgia Pacific and most recently worked at Pike's Store.

Kenneth is survived by his wife, Laura White Lambert of Roanoke Rapids, NC; his stepdaughter, Catherene Cardinale and her husband, Patrick, of Willow Grove, PA; his sisters, Nancy Woodruff, Joyce Dickens and her husband, Tommy, of Roanoke Rapids, NC; his nephews, Dennis Dickens and his wife, Michelle, and Travis Woodruff; and his great-nephew, Nicholas Dickens and his great-niece, Lindsey Dickens.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 1, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Askew Funeral & Cremation Services.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the funeral home.
