Velez stopped the bus at the 158 mile marker in the Enfield area and learned that the driver was heading to New York after departing from Orlando.

During a search, one brick of cocaine weighing a kilogram was located along with another brick weighing over 200 grams. A New York driver’s license was located that belonged to Tolliver, who was arrested and charged with two counts of trafficking cocaine, possession of cocaine and possession with intent to sell/deliver cocaine.
Harris said this morning it was not clear how many other passengers were on the bus and there was no immediate information on the vehicle’s ownership.
The sheriff’s office will continue the investigation, he said.
Tolliver has a February 27 district court date.
Patrol Corporal A. Wood and narcotics Lieutenant S.N. Casey assisted.
