Deputies of the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office are seeking information on the whereabouts of 31-year-old Joshua Lynn Lucas. 

Lucas was last seen at approximately 11 a.m. today at his residence on Pine Ridge Road off Highway 158 in the Roanoke Rapids area.

Lucas weighs approximately 190 pounds and stands approximately 6-feet tall.

Lucas does have know cognitive issues and left from a group home on Pine Ridge Road, according to Major Anzell M. Harris.

He is possibly wearing a hooded sweatshirt or jacket, although any other clothing description is currently unknown. 

He could be in the Zoo Road and Highway 158 area.
