The Halifax County Convention and Visitors Bureau has launched a Visit Halifax Customer Service Program which includes an online tutorial to those in the service industry to enhance their skills, learn more about the area and join a new Facebook group.
The program offers a wide range of training tailored to the unique needs of the service industry. “From customer interaction techniques to the history of our area, you'll find valuable content that can help you improve your service delivery and customer satisfaction,” the HCCVB said.
Information contained in the tutorial, which can be downloaded at this link, includes the latest trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in the service industry.

“Investing time in professional development can open doors to new opportunities,” the bureau said. “Our program provides a certificate upon completion, enhancing your resume and showcasing your commitment to excellence.”
The Facebook Group allows members to connect with other service industry professionals in Halifax County where they can share experiences, seek advice, and build a supportive network.
