The Roanoke Rapids Police Department is seeking information on the identity of a woman who withdrew cash from a 71-year-old Aberdeen victim’s account by using state identification in the victim’s name.

Chief Shane Guyant said Roanoke Rapids was notified by Aberdeen police on January 24.

Information was developed that on January 17 and 18 the victim’s information was used at a bank located on Julian R. Allsbrook Highway.
