A Roanoke Rapids woman who had been reported missing has been located.
Roanoke Rapids police Shane Guyant said Chelsie Elizabeth Morrison, 31, is safe.
She was last seen and heard from by her mother on January 14 at the Food Lion on Julian R. Allsbrook Highway.
