The Roanoke Rapids Police Department with help from Tracy Story, Spartan Elite and the Rewritten Story Foundation entertained 31 campers this morning on the third day of the department’s camp.

Before letting the campers go down a three-story water slide outside, the campers, under Story’s supervision, were led in exercises and awarded medals after completing them.

The police camp continues Thursday with reptile day and an appearance by Wally the Wacky Waiter.

The camp concludes Friday with movie day.
