The Roanoke Rapids Police Department is investigating the theft of a wallet at an undisclosed business in the area of Julian R. Allsbrook Highway. 

The theft occurred on October 7 around 12:30 p.m. At the discretion of the police investigator, the business is not named.

A man took a woman’s wallet while inside the business and left without returning it.
