Lowe’s Home Improvement will hold Safety Day Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon.

The Roanoke Rapids fire and police departments will attend as well as the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office.

There will be safety materials available for children and a chance to meet and talk to first responders.
