The Roanoke Rapids Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a person reportedly involved in a vehicle larceny Tuesday.
Chief Bobby Martin said the vehicle, a red Ford F-150, has been recovered. It was stolen from the 300 block of Cedar Street.
