An Enfield man was arrested Tuesday on charges related to a sexual assault of a victim under the age of 16.
Randall Scott Davis, 50, remains in the Halifax County Detention Center without the opportunity for bond and faces charges of kidnapping, felony indecent liberties with a minor, and false imprisonment. He has an April 23 district court date.

Disclosure of private images
A Roanoke Rapids woman was served with a warrant Tuesday for sending her former partner’s mother a compromising photo.
Lanai Felder, 24, faces a charge of disclosure of private images. She received a $10,000 unsecured bond and has an April 23 district court date.

Harris said the sheriff’s office received a report on March 17 that Felder had allegedly taken an image off the victim’s phone and sent it to the victim’s mother.
Meanwhile, Felder is scheduled to appear in Wake County District Court in June after she was charged with speeding and reckless driving to endanger on March 20, according to a citation filed by the North Carolina State Highway Patrol.
The warrant says that the trooper clocked Felder traveling around 105 mph on Interstate 87 and 64B. The trooper said Felder stated her passenger had to use the bathroom.
