Boy Scout Troop 144 will hold a Wreaths Across America Ceremony on December 13 at Cedarwood Cemetery.

The ceremony begins at 11:00 a.m., and wreaths will be placed at the graves of veterans buried at the cemetery, located off Kemp Avenue, around 11:30 a.m.

Wreaths Across America is a national nonprofit organization founded in 2007 to continue and expand the annual wreath-laying ceremony at Arlington National Cemetery. It also honors local veterans buried in cemeteries across the country.

The organization Military No Stress PCS is partnering with Wreaths Across America to honor fallen soldiers. For each wreath sponsorship, $5 will go to Military No Stress PCS to allow the organization to continue assisting military families.
