A 15-year-old girl was reported missing this afternoon after running away from her home, according to the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office.

Major Anzell Harris said Sanaa Harris ran away from her Cypress Court residence shortly before 2:45 p.m. today.

She was last seen wearing a green dress with blue jeans. She is 5-5 and weighs 110 pounds, and her hair is in braids.

She is known to frequent the Weldon and Roanoke Rapids areas.
