All network switches at the Halifax County Department of Social Services are back online. 

IT will continue to monitor throughout the night and Friday. 

Currently NCDIT is making the necessary changes to the firewall to ensure the department  has full cloud communication with the Cisco Cloud environment. 

Phones and the internet should be back online and fully functional. 

This comes after the department was experiencing intermittent network issues which affected phone and internet access.
