The Halifax County Library is hosting a trick-or-treat tour through the library on Wednesday, October 20 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
This event is free and open to the public but only kids ages 0 to 12 will receive goody bags. Costumes are not required, but face masks are for all.
