PT (Temporary) Property Maintenance Worker. An employee in this class performs a variety of building, facility and equipment maintenance and repair activities including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and masonry. Work involves task at a variety of buildings and surrounding grounds. Work requires significant independent initiative and advanced knowledge of trade practice and skills.
