Notice is hereby given that the Roanoke Rapids City Council and City Department Leaders will attend a Strategic Planning Work Session on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, from 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. at the Kirkwood Adams Community Center, 1100 Hamilton Street, Roanoke Rapids, NC.

The strategic planning effort will be facilitated by Hayes Group Consulting. This project is 100 percent grant-funded.
