Chief Deputy Scott Hall of the Halifax County Sheriff’s Office said in a statement the card was stolen in the area of Three Bridges Road on July 6.
Investigation determined the card was used at two different local ATMs.

Detective Sergeant L.E. Mann charged Bernard Lynne Harris, 57, of Roanoke Rapids, with financial transaction card theft, financial transaction card fraud and conspiracy to obtain property by false pretense.
Harris was released on $5,000 bond after receiving a court date of September 5.
Tyquane Johnson, 24, of Roanoke Rapids, has outstanding warrants for arrest for involvement in this case.
He tends to frequent areas around Roanoke Rapids.
