Rebecca Davis Height, 68, went to her eternal rest with her heavenly father on Friday, September 20, 2019 in Vidant Medical Center.  

Mrs. Height was the daughter of the late Beverly Ann Fagala Freeman and Cornelius Everette Davis.  

She was a member of Valley Community Church.

Surviving include her three fur babies:  Bella, Mittens, and Keke; her sisters: Elaine D. Wong of Roanoke Rapids and Tracy Davis Robert (Jimmy) of Greensboro; her brothers:  Bruce Davis (Freddi) and Timothy Cope Davis (Sheila), both of Roanoke Rapids; her best friend since kindergarten, Pam Day of Lexington Park, MD; 9 nieces and nephews, and 15 great nieces and nephews.  

Pallbearers will be Travis Mahaffey, Daniel McElwee, Matt Davis, Quentin Robert, Josh Davis, Trevor Walker.  

Honorary Pallbearers will be Scott Aman, Brian Smith, and Troy Beach. 

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, September 28th in Calvary Baptist Church with Revs. Randy Martin and David Schmaltz officiating.  

Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery in Enfield, NC.  

The family will receive friends before the service beginning at 2:00 PM at the church and at other times at the home of Tim and Sheila Davis, 111 Westwood Drive, beginning on Friday.  Memorials may be made to Rainbow Animal Rescue, 54 Dogpound Road, Halifax, NC 27839.
