Halifax Academy's Easter Tournament got back underway Saturday after noon and the softball post-poned in the dark.

In the Softball tournament, Northeastern Prep forfeited their game with Hobgood, so then Hobgood beat Halifax to move on to Chaloner middle in the loser bracket. Chaloner takes out Hobgood 15 - 5 in 5 innings.

In the winners bracket Brunswick beat Southampton, knocking Southampton to the loser bracket. Then for the next elimination game it was a rematch of Fridays heated battle between Chaloner and Southampton, but this time Chaloner takes the battle winning 7 - 4 in 5 innings to make it to the Championship game against Brunswick Academy.

The Championship game truly proved to be a battle of the Champions with neither team giving in at all. After 2 and a half hours of play and a non stop defensive and pitching battle the two teams are tied 2 - 2 in the top of the 9th inning when the breaker kicks out at midnight ending the game in a dead heated tie and waiting to be rescheduled for completion later at a. rescheduled date, location, and time to be determined.
