A bullying video that was posted to Facebook has garnered conspiracy and communicating threats charges against a 16-year-old Roanoke Rapids boy and five juveniles in the aftermath of the matter.

Lieutenant Greg Richardson of the Halifax County Sheriff's Office arrested Keon Montreal Manning Tuesday, according to Detective Chris Scott.

Manning was released to the custody of his parents and awaits an April 2 court date.

The charges stem from alleged threats made after the bullying and the video were reported to school officials where the matter occurred, Scott said, declining to name the school or the nature of the bullying, which reportedly occurred in February.
